Bring the family, the boat & your fishing buddies to this great home with lots of room for fun and relaxation. Across from a Bird Sanctuary, the wild life abounds, with an occasional manatee, otter or gator swimming by, there's no telling what you'll observe. You can feed & catch the fish from the dock or boat to the lakes for even more fishing. A large pool & deck is here for a cool swim. Close to Mt Dora, the parks & 1 hour from the east coast beaches. A great place for a great getaway!
At the end of our street is the local favorite restaurant, Mary’s Kountry Kitchen.
The house is located on a canal that is a short 20 minute boat ride into Lake Dora or a 15 minute drive. Dock your boat and walk right into Mount Dora where there are plenty of restaurants to eat at , weekly events such as a farmers market, art galleries and shopping. It connects to 5 large lakes that have amazing restaurants on the water and live music on the weekends.
