Laid Back - Laid Back is a classic Grayton Beach home, located in the heart of Grayton Beach and easy walking distance (one minute walk) to the renowned Red Bar restaurant, as well as other dining/shopping amenities nearby. This spacious 5 bedroom/4 bath home sleeps 18 guests with 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 sets of twin/full bunks, plus a queen sofa sleeper. Laid Back is stocked with an exceptional collection of movies, great books, video games for the kids, and a very unique collection of music. There’s sophisticated original artwork throughout the home, a dedicated computer DSL line upstairs and downstairs, plus WiFi throughout the house. Exterior steps in front and back, along with a spiral staircase inside, connect upstairs to the downstairs. French doors open from both bedrooms and the activity room downstairs to the 28' x 14' pool (with option to heat in off season at additional cost of $300.00 a week). Grill on the second floor deck with beach views. Pool gate opens directly to a 50' public walkway over the dunes to the beach! Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. FIRST LEVEL - Den with queen sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, stereo and direct pool access - Mini kitchen with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot - King bedroom with direct pool area access and hall bathroom (tub/shower combination) - Double queen bedroom - Bunk room with 2 sets of twin/full bunks – hall bath - Private pool – 28’ x 14’ SECOND LEVEL (MAIN LEVEL) - Living room, TV/DVD/stereo - Dining area - Full kitchen - King master bedroom with private bathroom (shower only - large shower head) - King bedroom with hall bath (shower/tub combination – large shower head) - Laundry room - Spiral staircase off kitchen to first floor *add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed) *Allotted parking for three cars at the house.
