Nestled along the quiet Seabreeze Parade just 100 metres from Wallis lake and minutes from Seven Mile beach is Laguna House with a great mix between rustic and modern. Located in the small and unique peninsula village of Green Point mid way between Forster and Pacific Palms.
With air conditioning and modern furnishings throughout and Wi-Fi to help keep you connected, Laguna House is a great base to unwind or explore the region. With an open plan kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast bar, dining and loungeroom, you will find hardwood floors and stone tiles to keep the home cool. With three bedrooms with two queens and two king singles, you'll arrive to the beds made up with linen and towels ready for the bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your beach towels to make use of the Lake or beaches.
The backyard has a firepit to fire up on a cold night and a BBQ to cook up some great outdoor meals, the property backs right on the National Park and is walking distance to bring your boat along to the Lake. With a shopping centre in Forster only about 10 minutes drive away, you can stock up on the groceries and head back out to a quiet and relaxing stay in beautiful Green Point.
Whilst this property does allow you to bring along a pet, all animals must be kept outdoors at all times. Please respect these rules as your pets may inadvertently cause damages and leave lingering smells that are intrusive to other guests, as well as possibly incur charges for the extra cleaning required.

Summary: Really enjoyed staying at this place with its new 'look'. Loved the slate floors, but there were 2 downsides. One was the fence at the back (chicken wire) wasn't entirely secure, but we had an occy strap, so were able to tie them together with that. When we first walked in, shoes all came off but I could feel sand/dust underfoot which was surprising, so please ensure your cleaners clean it...I ended up doing a quick mop which isn't ideal when on holiday! Did love the look and feel of the place, and it was also the most dog-friendly of all the places we stayed at during this trip, because there was no carpet except the bedrooms, so our big labradors could come in and hang out with us in the lounge/dining. Will def go again but would want those 2 things fixed please :)
