This gorgeous light and bright 1st floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Fiddler's Creek coach home is located in Laguna Village. It is in a private, gated, upscale community and is within walking distance to the private Laguna pool. The home is 2100 square feet with an additional 300 square feet of screened-in lanai overlooking a lake. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV and features sliding glass doors that open to the lanai. The master bathroom has a jetted soaking tub, 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and private full bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps two and has a private full bathroom. The upscale kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded cabinets and a gas stove. It comes fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your favorite meal whether it is sitting at the breakfast bar or eating in the dining room. The living room and family rooms are spacious and allow for relaxation, watching HDTV or entertaining while enjoying the view of the lake through the wall to wall sliding glass doors.
