Induction hob with extractor over, dishwasher & wine fridge. Tall fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar with 3 stools. Access to the rear patio. A spacious master king bedroom with ample wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Access leading to private balcony enjoying views across the lagoon. Further King Bedroom, twin bedroom benefiting from views over the lagoon. Child’s bunk room and separate family bathroom. The second floor can be found a guest suite comprising king bedroom with adjacent shower room. There is a utility cupboard accessed from the shower room providing washer/dryer. OUTSIDE Outside enclosed decking area with outdoor seating for 6 guests, lawn area and charcoal BBQ.
