This 3-story home has a family room on both the main and lower level floors, a large screened porch, an open deck for sunning, calming views, wet bars, a gas grill, a fire pit, a small garage area with water toys (paddle boards, tubes, and more), floating dock, and it's located in a gated community with boat ramp less than a half mile away!
You will enter the home on the 2nd level into a spacious living room that is open to a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig for the coffee lovers out there! From the living room, you can step out onto the screened porch to find a table for extra dining and a cozy swing bed for your afternoon nap. The master bedroom is also located on this level, featuring a king bed, private access to the sun deck, a coffee bar across from the door, and a master bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Need extra space? Then venture down to the terrace level of the home to find another spacious living room, with an oversized sectional, that is open to a large wet bar, and houses a ping pong table for entertainment on those rainy days.
