13 Bedroom House in Pokolbin
We have available to rent 4 beautiful homes on Hermitage road in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Surrounding a 5 acre Shiraz vineyard. All homes are fully self contained having there own pool bbq etc. they can be rented together or separately.
Sorry but no bucks parties allowed or large boys groups.
There are 4 homes on our large vineayard estate. Ideal for functions corporate or weddings. Each house is fully self contained with its own facilities 3 have their own pool. They are within walking distance but just far enough away for your own privacy.
1 Night Stays and Online booking. As the houses are listed individually as well on multiple sites. Please enquire first to see if all houses are available for your dates.
Please dont do an online booking for a Saturday night only. Please just send a request to see if the one night only can be accommodated.
While most holiday homes dont offer 1 night stays we try to accommodate these requests. Please note that an extra cleaning fee for 1 night only will apply. Due to cleaning a whole house and setup costs. We also do accept 1 night stays on the weekend but as the majority of our revenue is based on a 2 night weekend rate nearly the full weekend rate will be charged. As if you decide to book the Saturday it would be highly unkely we would be able to book a Friday or vice versa

House 2 sleeps 12 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 queen beds and 3 kings beds that split into singles
House 3 sleeps 10
5 bedrooms 5.5 bathrooms 5 king beds that can all be split into singles
House 4 3 king bedrooms that split. 4 bathrooms with spa. Maximum of 6 guests at this home at all times.
Please note to split beds can require extra times in peak periods and an extra cost of $10 per single bed
