Spacious, light filled one bedroom apartment in East LA- 1/2 of a duplex with private entrance, fully separate space. High ceilings, concrete floors, open floor plan with thoughtful furnishings and extra touches throughout. Street parking only. Please note: this is a duplex and has shared walls- we hope you will be mindful of your noise btw the hours of 10pm-8am. We are not suitable for children- the other side of the duplex is also a short term rental. This listing is for street parking only.
The space
We are excited to host like-minded, respectful and quiet people in our beautiful and carefully curated space. Even though the actual living space is not shared, the walls are shared so we hope our guests will be mindful of loud noises such as music or loud talking in respect of other tenants.
We provide high end linens, towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies at our listing. This is city living however, so please be mindful of that.
Please reference the map when considering booking our space, as Los Angeles is spread out and we are not necessarily close to the west side or the beach, for example. We encourage you to be sure that East LA is the area you want to stay in before booking and we thank you in advance for that!
Please be aware that this is a city neighborhood and there is only street parking available. It can be tough sometimes to find a spot right out front if you are planning on bringing a car. There is street cleaning on some days so be mindful of street signage.
*Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed at our property. This includes weeds and vaping. If we smell anything of the sort an immediate, non refundable $250 extra cleaning fee will be imposed at the end of your stay.
*Absolutely no animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Due to our family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed. Thank you for understanding.

This is your dedicated space! There is a garage attached that is currently being used for our storage where the washer and dryer are located for your use. Please fee free to use, just be mindful of our things. Street parking only.

We ask that you please make us aware of any extra guests you plan on having during your stay. Our listing is for 2 people max (it's just small in there and no real extra space to sleep or bedding as well) but we are happy to consider exceptions ahead of time- just ask!
This is a clean, nice place we have lovingly restored to it's full potential. Please take care of our home as you would your own. We want you and others to enjoy your stay and be comfortable here.
