Positive: I liked the location (sometimes noisy) and the responsiveness of the owner to replace washer, although I was told it was going to replace back in January. The apartment had almost everything I needed. I only missed having a chair with a back. I should have heeded the warnings of the many stairs but after 10 days I could go up without stopping and getting my luggage down was easier than taking it up. The lockbox was challenging but possible. I had a bicycle blocking the lockbox upon arrival and didn't quite understand the FOB key to open the front door. Good response when I asked about it--setting me straight. The directions on PassPass was fine but I didn't remember that I needed to also check it on the departure. Crossing my fingers I get deposit back. It was a good location and served its purpose.
