Summary: Room was dirty, personal belongings were under the bed from previous stay. I asked for extra bath towels for the morning and staff said they could only dispense 2 per room. Also asked for complimentary lotion and was told it was locked away in closet. The air conditioner had a horrible smell when it would turn on. The shades are not layered and have no option to let daylight in with privacy. The pool has no courtesy towels or towel baskets. The main lobby smells like mildew. Kitchen staff wiped all tables and counters with the same clothe throughout entire breakfast time. Receptionist was on personal phone having a phone call on speaker the whole morning during breakfast time.
