Positive: Great stay here - we were nervous as there was only one review on booking.com but we found the airbnb webpage which has lots of good reviews. Lovely building, tall ceilings, comfy bed and couch. Amazing location, it is less than 20 mins to Old Town, there is amazing restaurants nearby, the train station is a 5 minute walk away. There is a car spot you can pay extra for (17€ a day), it is a little tight to get in but that is the norm in Nice. We paid a 400 deposit in cash which was returned to us upon inspection. The owner does not speak any English so we downloaded google translate to speak to each other. Very friendly, quick communication with owner. Philippe Tayac Patisserie is down the road and one of the nicest pastry shops in the city. Wifi is really fast, place is clean.
Negative: You will be charged for electricity if you use too much - we were not charged but made us nervous to use a lot. Parking is 17 per day but it is a good location. 400 cash deposit is taken upon arrival but given back once there is no damage to the place.
Summary: Lovely location, great space with a nice garden and close to the city.
