Positive: Literally on the beach, with the big garden to enjoy, even the barbecue is there and you can take the deck chairs and umbrella to the sea. Plenty of beautiful garden around the house. And the parking is inside the neighborhood gate so don’t have to leave the car on the street.
Negative: The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep so it’s less suitable for older people( but they can stay in the bedroom downstairs ).
