Positive: This small hotel was in a very convenient location, within walking distance of the Metro, railway station, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, and excellent value. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and well appointed, and we could open the window for some fresh air.
Negative: The room itself was quite small for two people, but we expected that from others' reviews. The elevator stops between floors, so there were a number of steps to negotiate to reach each landing, sometimes difficult with heavy suitcases etc.
Summary: A great place to stay in the heart of Montparnasse.
