Bordering a stream with ancient trees. Private, unoverlooked grounds of 400 m2 in the historic village of Rochecolombe, with ruins of a feudal keep.
Set in a peaceful, sunny and rejuvenating environment, our renovated stone building, with its picturesque character, is the perfect base for visiting a region offering many prestigious natural sites - Grotte chauvet (UNESCO listed), Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac (Grands Sites de France) - and numerous sporting activities: canoeing, climbing, canyoning, caving etc...
The flat will be ideal for discovering the Ardèche with your couple of friends or your children, and your pets will also be welcome, while staying in a place that's perfect for relaxing.
Your garden level and its private grounds have direct access to the outside via a staircase and feature sun loungers, a wooden table and chairs, barbecue, table tennis and a terrace with a pergola and garden furniture.
Your rental comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room, with gas hob, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, dining area, sofa bed (160 x 200), 55" television, free WiFi, library and reversible air conditioning - Shower room with washbasin, WC - The air-conditioned bedroom has a 160cm bed, dressing area and chest of drawers. A 5m² corridor can be converted into a cabin room by adding a child's bed (depending on your requirements). A terrace in the shade of a pergola.
Linsvosges brand bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. Cot and high chair can be provided.
