4 Bedroom Villa in Sosua

This stunning private 4b/4b villa is located in a quiet area in the hills of Sosua. It is just 10 minutes by car to Sosua downtown with its busy nightlife and restaurants; it is also 15/20 minutes from Cabarete's Kite Beach. The main feature of this villa is its big covered terrace overlooking the large pool and tropical gardens. It has panoramic views of the ocean past the tropical trees which provides that added feeling of tranquility. Its elevated position in the hills also benefits from cooling breezes all year round. The property is ideally suited for couples and families.
Set over two floors, the Master Bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase and has a King bed, private shower room and toilet with a separate vanity sink area. It has its own private veranda and sitting area. The two other bedrooms downstairs are double bedrooms with twin beds (one with its own en suite).
The main living area is open planned with a well equipped kitchen. There is a fridge/freezer; microwave oven; coffee machine; and toaster - bottled water is also provided free of charge. It also has a TV, internet and free Wi-Fi and a writing desk space. All rooms have ceiling fans.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. A gas fired barbeque is available for use. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac within electric security gates.
The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or for those with mobility impairments as there are steps to the property. Please enquire direct for further information prior to booking this property to ensure its suitability.

Summary: La Villa Gaviota was a little piece of heaven for our first week in the Dominican Republic. So much to take in and enjoy .....the beautiful villa so comfortable and so well appointed and equipped; the lovely covered terrace and outdoor living space that could be enjoyed even in pouring rain; beautiful grounds; our welcoming, hospitable and most accomodating hosts Veronica and Andy- and of course the amazing pool. A little removed from the busy commercial streets, but just a very short cab ride away from numerous restaurants, services and beaches.
