Prime location, without vis-à-vis, in a peaceful rural hamlet overlooking the picturesque small village of Berzé-le-Châtel, famous for its majestic medieval fortress from the 10th century (visible in the background), an exceptional heritage gem de Bourgogne (sumptuous castle with, among other things, fourteen towers, a Carolingian chapel and several "French" & "English" gardens).
