It is certified as a 3-star Gîte de France (French Gîte) and a 3-star furnished holiday accommodation, and is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A large enclosed meadow with children's play area is nearby. Internet access is available.
Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and electric convector heaters, and the gîte is well insulated.
