Positive: House has 3 apartments. 5+1 on the level -1 4 +1 on the level 0 2+1 on the 1st floor Flats, area and the pool are very well made and clean. Antonio our main contact was very helpfull , friendly and I can say only good things about him. Our 2 weeks stay was great. Long story short we are happy with the time we spent here. It is a good base to visit most of popular cities around. I can recomened that place for big famillies or just couples (depends of the flat).
Negative: However :( During booking we did not know ( nothing mentioned) that we will be almost in the basement (-1 level). We did not have a patio ( only two others flats have it) or no dedicated place outside to have e.g. breakfast or dinner together. Pool rather small for all of the guests,if all guests would like to use it in the same time. We were lucky, because other quests did not use it at all. But what was very annoying were flies around pool area. Moments without wind were almost impossible to handle. BTW: exactly in that adress there is no GSM recception at least for Vodafone. I think if we would be better informed about apartment it would save us little disappoitment.
