Positive: I don't think there exists a more central, convenient location in Uzes - about 20 steps from the Place aux Herbes - in a fantastic historic building with a lovely shared courtyard. The apartment is unique and charming - ideal for a couple - with thoughtful design and furnishings (stone sink in the bathroom is quite cool). For a relatively small space, it has everything we needed. The owners (Rolan and Isabelle) were friendly and helpful, both before we arrived (via email) as well as in person to receive keys and a review of the property. We took advantage of the kitchen (we made breakfasts and a few dinners), and it was well-equipped and clean. Great bathroom with a rain-head shower. The place really felt like a cozy, artsy retreat that I loved going home to after exploring Uzes and environs.
Negative: Everything was great; no complaints really. We had a hard time figuring out the clothes dryer, but I suspect this is because we are used to American appliances!
