Summary: I wish I could write a better review of this hotel.The location can't be beat, the staff overall is great, and the parking arrangements are excellent. Now the bad news: the hotel is a peculiar mix of historic architecture superimposed with modern furnishings/fixtures/decor. I was traveling with two friends, and we all paid the same price for our rooms. However, it turned out that my room, in an attic with a small dormer window and furnishings that were not at all cozy, was far inferior to the others, which I didn't learn until close to checkout. I spoke with the manager about a reduction in my bill, but to no avail. The experience cast a pall on all of Toulouse.
