The property has three bedrooms (king-size double and two twin rooms) and two bathrooms plus a new designer kitchen and comfy, light and spacious living room with double height dining area and access to a mezzanine office space. The villa is set within a 4000m2 south-facing garden planted with pines, Mediterranean shrubs and flowers with a lawned area near the house. From the living room, French windows open out to a panoramic terrace with coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. From here you overlook a magnificent, newly laid pool terrace and private swimming pool (10mx5m) surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols and a beautiful landscape of forested national park with the hills of the Cote d'Azur rising in the background.
