Positive: Amazing place to spend a week - we were looking for an idyllic Tuscany villa on a hill, with views to vineyards and hills, with a sunset and a nice pool to swim a bit. And that's exactly what we got, for a very good price. We had (probably the best) apartment on its own side of the building, so it was very private, but also the other two apartments were empty almost all the time. Also the hosts/owners were rarely there, so we could often experience this whole beautiful property just for ourselves - that was a dream.
Negative: Everything was great, just some small details not even worth mentioning.
