Positive: I liked that was very clean. Comfortable bed and toilet. The owner was helpful and let us leave bags early. The apartment is spacious. I am giving it a 6 because, owner try really hard to help but I don't think the description is accurate.

Negative: I didn't like that the kitchen is not equipped. You can't advertise kitchen with microwave, toaster , coffee machine. And there are not there. My mainly issue was no cups, glasses or plates. There was a packet of plastic plates and glasses! There is no natural light in this apartment only through the door. The owners have many lights though. It is a ground floor apartment. The sofa is very uncomfortable springs are broken. The location was not great for us. It was a bit far to walk to the centre. You need to use the bus. It is described like real Palermo. It is a poor neighbourhood surrounded by rubbish everywhere in the streets. Palermo is very dirty but this area is totally neglected. Some people will find this an experience of Real Palermo but I didn't enjoy that.

Summary: No kitchen equipment basement flat.
