Positive: Friendly helpful hosts. Prior communication and greeted on arrival. Authentic Spanish home, clean and tidy. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, ten minute walk to the Metro. Large bedrooms with ample storage and hangers. 5 toilets, 3 showers (1 over bath) brilliant for large groups. Extra fridge and washing machine. Lots of dishes and cooking utensils. Ample linen, pool and bath towels. Great size family lounge and dining area. Ceiling fans in everyroom.
Negative: More lighting on the rear patio/outside kitchen area would be beneficial for evening dining. Some loose paving on the path from house to pool. Written instructions for pool maintenance for non spanish speakers would be helpful but host attended to demonstrate.
Summary: Excellent family accommodation!
