La Campanella is a beautiful apartment located within a farmhouse newly renovated at about 5 km from Lucca, on the gentle and sunny hills. The restructuring was carried out very carefully in order to preserve the atmosphere of the country house but at the same time with an eye for the convenience and comfort (for example, all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets).
The house is divided into three independent apartments: La Campanella, The Muricciole,also published on this portal, and the apartment where we live.
Upon arrival, a big parking with automatic lighting allows to park also big cars.
Upon entering, a nice room welcomes you with a very well equipped kitchen on one side and a living room with fireplace and tv on the other.
On the ground floor there is a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with the option of either a twin or double bed. The bathroom has a large and comfortable shower.
One of the rooms is overlooking a large terrace with a pergola with wicker canopy and a wisteria climbing up, a marble table, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing in front of the magnificent landscape remained intact from the last century.
The house is enjoyable also in winter thanks to modern under-floor heating system (to be paied extra upon actual consumption).
The price includes parking, utilities and wi-fi.
The only extra cost is EUR 50 for the final cleaning (to be given on arrival) as well as the tourist tax of 4.50 euros per person above age 14.
