Total tranquility between town and countryside, nestled in the heart of the Val de Saône, a peaceful, preserved setting combining viticulture, agriculture and nature, a stone's throw from the fields and a vast national forest dotted with ponds, the literal "green lung" of the territory, alongside a huge collection of wild forest areas surrounding Chalon-sur-Saône (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides), very close to the banks of the Saône (a paradise for fishermen and other kayakers, a natural area largely classified and protected in the Natura 2000 Zone and ZNIEFF for its rich flora and fauna).
