Negative: Was locked out of the house when I arrived. Contacted owner he let me in. I noticed a pile of dirty linen on the floor. The owner said u booked this yesterday and I have another booking showing up tomorrow u need to leave .i explain to the owner I booked several days earlier and it was the holiday weekend and we’re did he think I could find a place on Friday evening. I called booking and through texting calling back and forth with the owner that was settled. The air conditioner struggles to keep it a good temperature during the day but does a decent job at night. Month later after returning home my cell phone bill arrived and was charged $100 for a international call the date I had checked in to the beach house
