Summary: The property is spacious with two large bedrooms with ensuites on either side of a large living area. Balcony doors slide open to allow for indoor/outdoor living. It’s on the second level to give full views of the bay. The furniture is of good to excellent quality. Balcony furniture is exceptional. Appliances are also great. The kitchen is well appointed with good quality dishes and cutlery. Things to note before renting include construction noise on the property. There is considerable building going on here and on adjoining properties around the banks of the bay. There are 44 stairs to get to the second level. Make sure stairs are not a problem for you and your guests. You will need transportation as amenities are a distance away on fairly busy thoroughfares. Otherwise it is easy to get to any other part of the island from this location.
