La Banana Cabana is located in a small community (Spencer's Landing) close to town. It is less than a 5 minute ride to the beach, Coffee Waves, restaurants and many other conveniences. Take the kiddos for a 10 minute walk out to the beach to collect shells and watch for dolphins! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a brand new range & refrigerator. There is also a Keurig and coffee options provided for you coffee lovers! The kitchen has a large table with seating for 8. We have taken care in updating some of the furnishings, mattresses, linens, towels & decor throughout the home. The TVs in the living room, master bedroom, queen bedroom & downstairs bunk room offer Spectrum service as well as Roku streaming. WiFi is also available. One thing we found we cannot travel without is a sound machine so we've added one in each bedroom! We know there can be a lot of laundry while staying at the beach so we added a second washer/dryer for your convenience. Plenty of bath towels and additional linens are also provided as well as closet and dresser space in each bedroom. **Please bring your beach towels from home!** The spacious master bedroom has a new Serta mattress and cozy house linens. It also has a flat screen TV with Roku streaming and Spectrum App for live TV. It's en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are available for guest use. The queen bedroom has a brand new Serta mattress, flat screen TV with Roku for streaming, Spectrum App included for watching live TV. The bunk room has sleeping for 4...perfect for kiddos! The bright, new linens give it a fun and cozy feel. The queen bedroom and bunk room share the full bathroom in the hallway that has a large shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included and conveniently located in each shower. There is a 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, kitchenette & game room located downstairs via a separate entry. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, brand new Serta mattress, and 2 brand new TwinXL bunk beds. New linens throughout. The 3rd full bathroom has a large shower including shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with plenty of bath towels and a hair dryer. The kitchenette downstairs has a beverage fridge, microwave, Keurig and sink for your convenience. The Game Room offers shuffleboard, foosball and our son's favorite (he's 7) the Arcade game with over 400 of your favorite Arcade games from the 1980s!! Just don't forget to enjoy the beach while you're visiting :-) Outside you will find comfortable deck furniture to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon Happy Hour while listening to the ocean. Downstairs there is a gas grill for your use, picnic table, chairs and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand!! Banana Cabana is dog friendly. The outdoor shower area makes it easy to clean them up after a day spent digging on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The house is a short walk to the pool where you and your family can cool off and relax. There is plenty of parking available under the home and in front, room for at least 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street. The additional parking spaces located down the street are for guest use if needed. Our family wanted to find a beach house we can share with others who love it as much as we do. Our goal is to offer a comfortable, clean home away from home conveniently located to all of the fun things Port A has to offer! We ask all of our guests to love the property & it's contents as if it was your own. ** The property sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. We will not allow more than 12 guests at the property at any given time during your stay. Please do not host "parties" at Banana Cabana...it is for you and your family/friends who are staying there to enjoy! ** Dog Owners - please NO aggressive breeds. We will ask for photos prior to booking confirmation. Also, we do not allow our dogs on the furniture, PLEASE do not allow your dogs on our furniture or in any of the beds. There is a crate provided under the queen bed upstairs if you need to use it you are welcome to. Thank you :-) ** We have added security cameras for our safety and yours. There are 3 cameras and a Ring doorbell at the property. One camera looks over the stairs leading up to the deck & front door. The other 2 cameras are located downstairs and look over the driveway and entry door into the game room area.
