Positive: We are returning guests, but still the place is as welcoming as it has always been. The host is very friendly and helpful. The aparment is well equipped and very clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a long balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the view of the park just behind the building. Parking is free and safe. There is a beautiful park behind the builidng and a swimming pool as well. Nice for a walk or morning run. Aldi is just around the corner. The centre is about 20 min. by walk, but you can get there by bus or car. Free places to park your car can always be found in downtown. And let's not forget the price! It is a very friendly price.
Negative: We have absolutely no problem with it, though for some people just for informative purposes, it is in a high rise building and the area is also like that. However, all the people we met around were very kind and friendly. Greeting you by saying hello or Good morning. As a woman I did not have problems walking in the park alone, either. So do not let be discouraged by comments on the area. And finally, yes the TV could be bigger with more channels, international as well maybe. Belfort is getting more and more popular with foreigners.
