Positive: Great location, walking distance from train station. Close to theatres and restaurants. Major touristic attractions in walking distance. Supermarkets 10 minute walk. Large kitchen, well equipped. Nice bathroom, good shower.
Negative: Very, very damp space. Bad smell every time you get in. Needed to leave both windows open after every time we had left, to air the place for at least 20 minutes. Towels and bed sheets also smell of damp a bit, even though washed. This apartment absolutely needs a dehumidifier! General communication via automatic messaging, but when actually in need of information communication was very unpleasant, not even answering in sentences but only key words. Felt unsafe because a stranger entered the patio the first night at 22.30, together with his bike. Fortunately he left when he saw us. This scared us, making us feel unsafe the rest of the stay everytime we heard loud noises. The gate apparently opens automatically after ringing the bell, meaning anyone can enter and that you as a guest need to deliberately lock it with the key every time after you get in. Kettle was not clean, could not be used.
