Positive: it had fantastic view of the city being on the 29 floor. in general it was nice, easy to reach everywhere, bus stop just in front of the building, a supermarket very near. a balcony for some fresh air.
Negative: the cleanliness was not to my standard. I spent time cleaning the things I would use.
Summary: despite the above few negative points, I would recommend it.
