Negative: The cleanliness was awful: dirty bathroom, dirty coffee machine with mush inside. We asked for more toilet paper as we did not get enough and got no answer, thus we had to buy our own! There is only a body towel, but no hand towels are provided.
Summary: Nice location, but not clean enough and no good service or fast reactions in case of need.
