Positive: location was amazing, apartment was modern and charming
Negative: Wi-Fi did not work, we kept being disconnected and when connected it was barely working. city tax had to be paid in cash, which I wish could have been paid with credit card like the room. We had to withdraw cash and pay foreign currency fees...The kitchen was not fully equipped so we could not really utilize it. There was a washing machine which was useful but no dryer or drying rack to go with it. Plus the washer had a very bad smell. The couch was very fragile so we were afraid to sit on it. Overall it is a nice apartment but I wished more efforts were made to maintain it in good conditions.
