Positive: Great location near the mall. Hosts were quite responsive, detailed in their instructions, and quickly fixed an aircon issue.
Negative: Saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen and ants in the rooms, including a few on my bed. Only three out of four elevators were working and often crowded, causing delays.
