****Booking Monday - Wednesday there will likely not be an event in the downstairs clubs and in this case the space is quiet at night and perfectly located and appointed for ***business travelers and families (though not baby proofed).**** (except for party holidays like Halloween and NYE) Space is very near Washington State Convention Center, downtown Hotels and etc.
***There are events in the downstairs Nightclubs Thursday - Sunday nights with the occasional other night especially around holidays**** During events there is sound in the space from the club music.
