Summary: Couldn’t figure out gate code, tried contacting lister, no returned phone call, when we figured it out it was miserably hot in the place, upstairs fan didn’t work, downstairs bed had sand in it. The location was gated which was good bc surrounding neighborhood was lower end. The beach at our place was not swimmable. Overall the beds were comfy and house was fully stocked. I do find the price for the house was spot on.
