The 'Couv' (as we call it) comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 queen beds and 1 sofa bed!

You have full and total access of our home during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to the beautiful Vancouver Waterfront, or Waterfront Park in downtown Portland, OR and check out the many restaurants, bars, and shopping districts nearby!
Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Communication through the Airbnb app is encouraged. Host can be available for urgent matters.

Located a few blocks off I-205 and Mill Plain, the property is close to bus lines to Portland, downtown Vancouver or the Vancouver Mall. It is close to the Portland International Airport (PDX) and Peace Health Hospital in Vancouver, WA
* PARTIES & SPECIAL EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or special events allowed! A violation of this rule will result in termination of your stay without a refund.
* QUIET TIME : The house quiet time is 10pm to 6am. If you are enjoying the back porch or the yard, please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down.
* SMOKING : There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking anywhere inside the house an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be accessed. Smoking is allowed on the back porch. Please be sure nearby doors and windows are closed so that smoke does not drift into the house and be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts in the trash (not in the yard!)
* PETS: Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we do not allow pets in this facility.
* SHOES: Please remove shoes indoors. Slippers provided for your comfort. Keep them, they are yours.
* DAMAGES: If anything is damaged or broken, please let us know. We are very understanding but don’t like surprises.
* GUESTS: Please be sure all adult guests are registered while making your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
