Kozy Bear Kabin is a luxurious family vacation cabin located directly between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg in the Sky Harbor neighborhood off of the Spur! This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom cabin is the perfect place to rest and relax after a day of hiking the Smoky Mountain National Park, visiting Dollywood, or the many attractions that surround Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville! PLEASE NOTE! THERE ARE 16 STEPS FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO THE CABIN! When you step into the cabin, an entry that features a laundry area and half bath, leads you into the great room to relax in! Two leather couches and two leather recliners provides a nice area for everyone to sit in. Huge open kitchen and dining area with large island for cooking and food setup! Master bedroom is on the main level with a vanity table and sink. Master bathroom features an over-sized garden tub and a shower. Upstairs is a game room with a futon sofa, pool table, games, and movies. 2 large bedrooms with King Sized beds on each side of the game room. A Full Sized Bathroom is on the upper level as well as well. From the living room is a large wall of windows looking out onto the wrap-around porch. Enjoy sitting in the cabin looking at the yard and at the mountains in the winter. Plenty of opportunity to see wildlife if they come by including wild turkeys and the occasional black bear. Front porch has rocking chairs to enjoy the days and Smoky Mountain Evenings. The back porch has an flat area with Cornhole set up as well as the propane grill and propane firepit.
