This wonderful, spacious 4 bedroom villa is set in a private location with unspoilt ravine and sea views, just a ten minute stroll from the resort village square on Aphrodite Hills. With beautiful interiors, a stunning kitchen and incredible views from the beautiful outside areas, villa Perseus is a fantastic choice of holiday villa on the resort. The villa is spread across three floors and has a light and bright feel throughout. With high ceilings and beautiful, light furnishings and gorgeous views throughout, the villa oozes modern luxury with a holiday vibe. The ground floor hosts the stunning newly renovated kitchen which boasts an island worktop and bar, marble sink and worktops, all the mod cons (including dishwasher) and a lovely feature stone wall. The pretty dining area leads you to the spacious living area which has comfortable sofas, a large TV, free reliable wireless internet, a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option - a fab room for chilling out if you fancy a break from the sun. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has central heating for winter warmth. All the bathrooms were recently updated and are lovely and modern. The first bedroom is situated in the cooler basement level - it has a door that leads to the garden area and lower terrace and an adjacent bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, you can find a double room with private balcony overlooking the pool, and the twin room (which can also be made as a double) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower. The lovely master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a private balcony that offers gorgeous views overlooking the pool, gardens, ravine and sea. Patio doors from the kitchen and living area open out to the large upper terrace where there is a dining table and chairs, built in BBQ area (with gas BBQ), foosball table for the competitive ones in your group, as well as lovely outside seating space. The steps from the upper to lower terrace are gated for child safety. The lower terrace is the highlight of the villa - the views here are some of the best on the resort! The villas position means that it has uninterrupted view out to sea, and they truly are breathtaking, especially from the decked view point! Here, the private 11m x 5m infinity edge pool compliments the views and there is also an outside bar where you can enjoy sundowners and make holiday cocktails.
