You can't get any closer to the beach than this!The beach is only one minute walk from the home. Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom featuring luxury features including AC in the living area and all bedrooms, a large ocean view balcony, modern kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances. This is just one unit to the right of the entry stairs. This is NOT the entire home. This is a shared property.
This home features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living room and three full bathrooms with modern tile showers and luxury fixtures. Unit is complete with a washer anddryer. The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need.You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! Sleeps up to 9 guests. Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.
