UNIT # 307 AT KONA MAGIC SANDS!
We purchased this unit in 2017. Since then, we have made lots of upgrades to the already "good bones" of this unit! Check out our great reviews!!
This unit is designed and set up for TWO ADULTS.
We are sure that you will enjoy the new furnishings that make this unit light, airy and comfortable. Cool new A/C, direct oceanfront studio unit on the top floor (third floor) of this small complex, with popular Magic Sands Beach on one side, and a peaceful park on the other. A popular restaurant, Magics Beach Grill, is open right downstairs!
Private Queen sized bed/mattress, right next to the sliding doors allows you to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean! The kitchen has been stocked with all the necessities, and then some!
Lots of cabinetry for all your storage needs, and an updated bath and kitchen make this unit a great place to enjoy your Big Island adventure!
The unit comes with complimentary WIFI and cable TV, along with a private parking space. There is also a coin-op laundry room downstairs for your use, as well as a swimming pool and two bbq's. We also provide snorkel gear, over-sized beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, picnic blanket, umbrellas and coolers for your day trips.
This building is only three floors, and no elevators, but it's worth the steps to get the private and best views from the building. Our unit is located in the center of the building, right next to the middle stairwell for easy access.
