From its cool, comfortable 1300 ft elevation the largest residence commands Kona coastline views that extend to include Kealakekua Bay and Kona. Beyond the gated entrance a concrete drive ascends to a regulation sized tennis court. where the band often played for parties. A screened room beside the court is used as the current owner’s gym.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen and three of the four and a half baths retain tile custom made for the famous original owners. The main house offers three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Guests also have full use of the 2 bedroom Ohana (guest house) consisting of 1 queen bedroom , 1 bedroom with double bunk beds, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room.
