Koko’s Cabana is a cozy newly renovated 3 bedroom designer Cottage Oceanside in popular Kill Devil Hills and is only about 350 steps to the 1st Street beach access. 1 and 1/2 bath indoors and an outdoor shower and toilet. Wonderful screened in back deck is perfect for hanging out, listening to the waves and has become a guest favorite. Dog Friendly! Features a large fenced-in lighted backyard with fire pit, Beach Cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, beach toys all included. All you need is your swimsuit and flip flops.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Loved the backyard for the dogs. Great location. Very complimentary on check in/out times in off season. The back porch was my favorite space.One suggestion…the limitations of pets on furniture should be listed on property listing not just welcome letter for a “pet friendly” listing. At that time already purchased and may not be able to refund.I had a wonderful time!! Thank you.
