Hurricane Florence and Michael have brought some long awaited improvements to our Kokomo Cottage. Freshly painted, new furniture and a new roof just to name a few. This is a four bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home with all the comforts of home. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and television. There are two master bedrooms, one on the first floor with a queen bed and one on the second floor with a king bed, to make it the perfect fit for two families. Two additional second floor bedrooms have a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds. The home has wrap around porches, rocking chair front porch and rear screened porch. The detached garage has two four passenger golf carts for island transportation. There is a third floor tower office for working vacations with breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need for home cooked meals in addition to a grill on the deck for your convenience. First floor also offers a large laundry room with laundry tub. There is also a large outdoor shower. Walk to Shoals and Turtle Central. Both Shoals Club and Bald Head Island Club temporary memberships are available for an additional fee.
