Come enjoy a cozy vacation on beautiful Lake Gaston! Knot Salty is new to our vacation rental program, but has everything you need with amazing updates and thoughtful touches to make this the perfect vacation for you and your family!
This home features three levels and approximately 2400 sqft and can accommodate ten people. There are so many options for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee by sunrise or evening cocktail by sunset. Don't be surprised if a beautiful Eagle decides to join in!
The main floor offers an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, a seven-seat breakfast bar, a living room, and a dining room table with ten chairs. The high vaulted ceilings and large windows all over make enjoying the lake views even easier! Within the living room is access to a large deck with lake views. Off of the kitchen is a half bath and the main bedroom which features a flatscreen smart TV and a king bed (sleeps two). Attached to the main bedroom is a full bathroom.
Upstairs features two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed allowing it to accommodate two people, and bedroom two has a full-size bed which also accommodates two people. There is a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms which can be accessed through the hallway.
Downstairs offers one bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, theater room, and living room. The bedroom holds two bunk beds which can sleep four people. There is a bathroom off of the laundry room which has a shower/tub combination. The downstairs living room aka gaming room offers a large flat-screen TV, playstation 5 gaming system, and lots of DVDs! Be sure to check out the theater room which is perfect for rainy days or movie nights! The theater room features five seats total, two reclining & one chaise, and we can't forget about Kenny the elephant who loves movies too! The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and large refrigerator! Outside of the laundry room is the perfect screened-in patio which has a large professional bar, dart board, and small fridge and freezer.
Head down towards the water and be sure to stop on the way to check out the large stone outdoor fireplace with ample seating for those laid-back after-dark activities! There is a large double boathouse with a big deck area, storage, and a unique Tiki Bar with a refrigerator and freezer! Boat lifts are not available for guest use however there are cleats to tie up your boat! Water depth is 5-6 ft deep off of the dock and there is electricity to the dock. Down at the dock, you can enjoy all the benefits of a small cove with great main lake views. Waterfront in a cove makes it safe and relaxing to spend time on the water and a great place for swimming without the boat traffic. Don't forget, you're still moments from the main lake, so when you're ready for a ride grab your jet ski or boat, and you'll be at the main lake in no time!
