Knight's View & Bear Den Townhouse | Villa in Green Mountain

👋 I really don't see how y'all can explore to much. Things might change, but unless y'all want to rough it, and volunteer, I don't see this being a vacation. power is out I will be plugging in generator for the well to have hot showers. I can't fathom or express how this storm has devastated and destroyed our hidden gem. lineman, first responders, contractors, anyone coming to look for loved ones, the house wasn't affected , road up to the house is not so good for work trucks and lots of car traffic ,but there is parking at the bottom of the hill.
one road in one Rd out coming from 19 take double island to big brush Creek it's about 2 miles to scenic view. I won't have internet or cell service my cousin will handle bookings thanks for understanding Parking: 2 places in driveway 4 across small gravel road and even more parking above that. The bear den is a loft with 2 queen beds and 2 twin downstairs one of the twin beds is in a draw under the day bed. With gas fireplace downstairs and electric fireplace upstairs you with be warm for sure. make sure you sign into WiFi for calling and please call me for anything. While rustic I assume you the sheets are 100% clean and I even use laundry sanitizer in every wash. The bear den town house might be more suitable for young adults. So if you are looking for something fancy this problem isn't the place for you. it's really a base camp for hiking, fishing, skying, tubing, and overall exploring .
Weused unfinished lumber for the walls in the main living area. French doors, sinks, lighting and other little things came from habitat restore. The kitchenette is perfect size! The small oven is air fryer, toaster, bakes, and broils. Big enough for a pizza. There is a dining area inside but also 1 right outside French doors. There is another rental in the front. It is listed on here also. Plus you can rent them together (sleeps 10)There are some shared outdoor spots.encluding , and see some setting areas, no worries there are plenty of places to get privacy. is in the front it sleeps 2-4 The Bear Den (back) sleeps 6 is only a stone path to the back of the house. They are both listed separately on VRBO as well. Front has king size bed,full kitchen, full bath, living room, dining room, huge front porch with view. Back(townhouse) has 2 queens 2 twins, kitchenette, bathroom, small dining area. both have gas fireplaces, top of townhouse has electric fireplace.
The space
Secluded yet has high speed internet. Sit on the front porch and you can watch wildlife, birds all seasons and you can hear the stream that's just a short walk down the hill. The front of the house is "Knight's View" It has a open floor plan. Full kitchen in front with anything you would need. This space has picture windows a great view and is set up with antiques. Huge covered front porch with plenty of seating. The back is "Bear Den" it's a rustic townhouse. When remodeling this space we used recycled materials. The ceiling is tin from old barn. downstairs the walls are unfinished lumber. Also, we tried to use the habitat restore as much as possible. 2 queen beds upstairs, downstairs daybed with hide away bed underneath, small table with barstools and kitchenette, bathroom with standup shower. This would be perfect for the whole family! Also, it would give the front a little privacy from the back. Even though it's just a short walk down a stone path front front to back. Both TV's are set up to chrome cast. (suitable for all age children)
Knight's View: House is spilt up into 3 private areas no adjoining walls. Laundry room and courtyard give you plenty of sound proof privacy. Flat lot walking along stone path to side entry into kitchen. The house flows into living and dining room. Huge master suite. Full bath with standard shower. Living room and bedroom have picture windows. Beautiful gas log fireplace. . Front door leads to huge porch with 3 seating areas. plus more seating areas around property. (shared) No mosquitos! High speed internet or totally unplug. All pets are fine but, for safety reasons suitable only childre6 and up.) House well has iron in it so shower and toilet might show this after 3 days.
Bear Den:Rustic 2 story remodeled back of home.
Bottom story features living area, kitchenette and daybed w/hide away bed underneath. Gas fireplace is heat source for the downstairs. Bathroom has stand up shower, vanity, toilet, with LVP floor. The rest of the floors downstairs are concrete. The Kitchenette has microwave, 1 piece toaster, air fryer that broils and bakes as well. (It’s also oven big enough for pizza) Mini frig, sink &coffee pot. The table inside seats 4. Double glass doors both open to the outside leading to the outdoor dining area, a seating area, charcoal grill and gas outdoor heater. Top story has 2 queen beds, electric fireplace, window ac, clothes rack, book shelves, chest for clothes, work area, desk, super fast wifi and TV. TV is chrome cast internet only-no cable you cast from your phone. I can give you instructions. cast to Bear Den. Just a short walk down to private seating area. 8 minutes N Toe river. nestled between Asheville, Boone, blowing rock Blue Ridge parkway, Linville falls & caverns. (suitable kids 6 &up.)

Huge yard with plenty of different seating areas, hammock, outdoor gas heater. there is a private seating area by the stream just down at the bottom of the road. Also, the is an outlook up Florida drive. The roads are private so there are not many people.
Other things to note
Short walk down to stream. plenty of seating areas all over property and outdoor heater. Kitty's name is Foxy. she is very nosy and loves to greet the guests.
