- As a multifamily property with 10 units, the safety of all our guests is our top priority. We make every effort to comply with the evolving city, state, and county regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone that is why we are partnered with "Know Your Guest," also known as "Superhog," the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Before booking, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable security deposit of $150 or purchase a damage waiver of $20. Please ensure that you complete your validation prior to check-in.
- The complex is a NON-SMOKING area. ($700 fine fees may apply.) Please respect this rule as there are other guests. Smoking is permitted outside, but please ensure you are at least 15 feet away from all windows. Thank you for being considerate.
- PETS: We welcome your furry friend with a fee of $150 per pet for the entire stay. Please keep your pet supervised at all times and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds. The fee is non-refundable and covers additional cleaning. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds. Fee will apply for any damage, repairs or replacements.
- Please be reminded to be careful not to overload the dryer as it is a small unit.
- Please follow the quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
