You will find your own kind of paradise on the spacious oceanfront deck at “Knee Deep” which provides direct access to the beach. With a private staircase from the oceanfront deck, your family will be able to come and go with ease to the beach or swimming pool without riding an elevator, walking around a building, or going through a garage. A starboard turn down the stairs will lead you to the community beach path taking you over the seagrass topped dunes. Turn to your port side and you will find the Summer House community swimming pool with its new spacious pool deck.
The interior of “Knee Deep” is as beautiful as the Carolina sunshine you will enjoy all day on the beach. Attention to every detail can be seen throughout “Knee Deep” in its stylish furnishings, renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms and the latest in electronics. Featuring two bedrooms, “Knee Deep” master bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck, a king bed, and a private bath. The guest bedroom is perfect for a second couple or children with two double beds and a private bath. Your mind will soon be on a permanent vacation after a week at the oceanfront condominium “Knee Deep”!

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
