Positive: The personnel is very friendly and helpful, reception, bar, kitchen , even the cleaning ladies are joyful and nice to meet. The food is good. Many choices, you can be vegetarian, vegan or whatever your food choices are, you will find tasty food to eat. The room is clean. The pools are nice. You can find books to read in many language.
Negative: We were a bit disappointed with the animation in the evening. Theoretically it’s between 21 and 24h. In reality it starts around 21h30 and ends no later than 23h. We wanted to dance but the dance floor is not shadow enough and so people won’t feel confortable to go dance under full white light spot. The boy responsible with the music seems bored and just want everyone go home I guess. I’ve seen more animation in regular hotels with kids. You don’t want to feel like in a retirement home.
Summary: Very nice hotel, good food, nice people, not for partying
